On today's Coffee with Rich, we will be joined by TJ Denny.
TJ is a sworn law enforcement officer and police sergeant in a major police department that services one of the largest Cities in the Nation. During his tenure in law enforcement, TJ has held numerous assignments. As a sergeant, he has performed his duties in the roles of Rangemaster of the Advanced Training Firearms Unit, Rangemaster of the Regional Police Academy, Federal Task Force Officer, Violent Crime Investigations Sergeant, Field Training Sergeant, and Patrol Sergeant. TJ has directly supervised numerous critical and high profile incidents, and has an extensive history in operational policing. TJ developed and taught a number of leadership courses for his department, including a leadership prerequisite course for promotional processes, and first line leadership for field training officers.
Prior to promoting to the rank of sergeant, TJ held a number of operational assignments as an officer where he participated in countless investigations and tactical operations. TJ completed his undergraduate degree at Ottawa University, in Public Safety Administration and Leadership. TJ is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and owns HVL LLC, a SOT 72 FFL.
