On today's Coffee with Rich, we will be joined by T.C. Fuller. We will discuss VCQB the good, bad and the total BS. 
T.C. Fuller is an experienced federal investigator and firearms trainer. He has spent his life carrying a firearm for the U.S. government. T.C. first served as an Army Infantry officer, Explosive Ordnance Disposal officer, before leaving the Army to accept an appointment as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He spent the next 20 years working in all areas of investigative interest within the FBI, and served for several years as an instructor in the FBI’s Firearms Training Unit in Quantico, VA.
T.C. holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, as well as a Masters of Education in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. As a published writer, T.C. has written an innovative book on the topic of improving law enforcement deadly force training, as well as having written for several print magazines on the areas of law enforcement procedures, explosives, firearms and edged weapons.
Among T.C.’s personal achievements, he has been awarded the U.S. Army’s highest peace-time award for heroism, the Soldier’s Medal. Besides finding, capturing and convicting a fugitive on the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted list, T.C. has also been a successful competitive shooter for more than 20 years, earning a Master class certification from the International Defensive Pistol Association, winning numerous local, state and regional competitions along the way.
He is now operating his own company, The Horus Group, LLC, which serves as a consultancy on firearms and training, as well as providing high-end, private firearms training for both armed professionals and citizens.

On today's Coffee with Rich, we will be joined by Sean Grogan of One Face Training.
Sean Grogan is a former special investigations detective that spent his career with the Woodbridge, N.J. Police Department. In addition to spending the majority of his career in the narcotics unit as a detective, he was also a K-9 handler and gang investigator. He has conducted countless narcotics investigations and has assisted numerous agencies with various types of investigations. As a narcotics detective he utilized many confidential informants and executed a variety of search warrants resulting in numerous arrests and narcotics and currency seizures.
 
He has traveled to Europe for advanced training in facial expressions and other non-verbal communication. Sean has also been certified as a trainer for the Body Language Institute in Alexandria, Virginia. Recognizing Sean’s skill set, he was recruited by and worked for Joe Navarro’s Body Language Academy as a mentor for the Body Language Expert Program. The role of mentor has allowed him to spread his knowledge to people around the world including 4 different continents.
 
Sean has utilized his mastery of non-verbal communication during untold encounters with people as a law enforcement officer to conduct countless interviews with people in both formal and informal settings. Traveling throughout the United States since 2019, Sean provides training to law enforcement on non-verbal communication as an instructor for Street Cop Training, giving detectives, officers, investigators, and agents the advanced skills that can be used in a variety of settings. Sean’s classes include ‘Unmasking Hidden Facial Expressions’, ‘Body Language for Law Enforcement’ & ‘Recognizing Pre-Attack Indicators’.
His book, Beware the Body, gives insight into aggression and aggression detection utilizing body language.
